Description

The present invention relates to a display for the storage and

distribution of batches of buttons.

Currently, such batches of buttons are offered for sale or packaged in the form of pads, usually cardboard, on which are fixed buttons, or at the request of a seller who takes them in their storage boxes containing a high number of buttons.

This last mode of sale requires a person available to serve the buttons in desired quantity to customers and leads to a more delicate inventory management.

As for the buttons pads, they also have many disadvantages both as to their handling and their attractiveness for the customer. Indeed, these cardboard pads are quickly damaged, get horny, can tear easily and lose pimples. In addition, this handling by the customer can easily lead to poor storage pads. Since the stack of pads does not clearly and immediately identify the type of button that is sold in the lot, it will result in increased handling by customers, which may aggravate the disorganization of the platelet stock.

It will also be noted that the appearance of these wafers is unsightly.

The purpose of the present invention is to remedy the drawbacks mentioned above, and for this purpose consists of a display for the storage and distribution of buttons, characterized in that it has a front panel comprising at least one opening at the level of which opens a distribution ramp capable of guiding, under the effect of gravity, a case containing a batch of buttons to the corresponding opening.

Thus, when a case is removed from the display, it is automatically replaced by another. In this way, the storage of batches of buttons is optimized and the distribution is carried out without excessive handling.

Advantageously, each opening of the facade is provided with a stop means adapted to retain a case at this opening.

Preferably, this abutment means comprises elastic means allowing its automatic return to a position in which it releases the passage of the case to a position in which it holds the case.

Advantageously, a location on which can be reported a knob 5 representative of those contained in the case, is formed, in front, near each opening.

According to a first preferred embodiment, the location provided for the representative button is equipped with a tongue behind which it can be inserted.

According to a second preferred embodiment, the location provided for the representative button comprises fastening means for removably clipping a plate on which the button is attached. Advantageously, this location comprises at least one pair of orifices each adapted to receive a fixing lug equipping the removable plate on which the button is attached.

Advantageously, an auxiliary location is arranged on the front near the associated location to allow the display of a description of the lot distributed by the adjacent opening.

Preferably, the design of the display is modular, and the latter is made from a stack of at least two bins. Preferably, each rack comprises side walls between which are alternately arranged, on the one hand, partition walls, and on the other hand, inclined distribution ramps each having a curved front end intended to serve as a stop.

The invention will be better understood from the detailed description which is given below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a diagrammatic representation of a display unit according to a first embodiment of the invention.

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view of a rack constituting a display unit according to a second embodiment of the invention, and on which a representative knob is ready to be fixed via a removable plate. .

Figure 3 is a rear perspective view of the rack shown in Figure 2.

Figure 4 is a top view of the rack shown in Figures 2 and 3.

Figure 5 is a side view of a stack of two bins according to that of Figure 3, each bin being loaded with cases.

Figure 6 is a sectional side view of the two bins of Figure 5, a case 5 being in the process of extraction of the lower distribution manifold.

Figure 7 is a rear view of the mounting plate.

Figure 8 is a side view of the fixing plate.

A display unit 1 according to the invention, shown schematically in FIG. 1, has a substantially parallelepipedal structure defining an interior volume and comprising a front vertical front 2. The latter has, on the one hand, columns of openings 3, through which are distributed cases 4 by means of distribution ramps (not visible), and on the other hand, columns of locations 5, alternating with the Opening columns 3. A button 6 is fixed on each location 5, this button 6 being representative of those contained in the cases 4 distributed by the adjacent opening 3. Furthermore, an auxiliary location 19 is provided on the front near each associated location 5 to allow the display of a description of the lot distributed by the adjacent opening 3.

More specifically, the display 1 is preferably made from a stack of bins 7, of the type shown in Figures 2 to 4. According to a preferred embodiment, each bin 7 has a body comprising a rear wall 10 and walls side 9 end. Between these side walls 9 are arranged alternately partition walls 11 and inclined distribution ramps 12. Each partition 11 has a front face, intended to form one of the locations 5 on the front facade 2 of the display, each interval between two partition walls 11 being meanwhile intended to form one of said openings 3.

Each distribution ramp 12 has a curved front end intended to serve as a stop 14. This front end is formed so that the distance between its tip and the top of the rack 7 is slightly less than the height of the case 4 so to block the passage at the outlet of the distribution manifold 12, while having elastic properties allowing its temporary deformation, under the exercise of a slight stress, to release this passage.

In use, the bins 7 are stacked on top of each other so as to form the display rack 1. Two stacked bins 7 are shown loaded with cases 4 in FIGS. 5 and 6. The cases 4 are placed on the ramps distribution 12 inclined and tend, under the effect of gravity, to go to the corresponding opening 3 where they are retained by the stop 14.

As explained above, the space between the stop 14 and the top of the rack 7 is not sufficient to allow the simple release of the first case 4. To do this, a user wishing to remove the first case 4 will have to pull slightly on it. ci so as to force the spacing of the stop 14 and thus allow the passage of the case 4. Once it extracted, the following cases 4 down along the distribution ramp 12 in place of the holster 4 removed while the stop 14 returns to its original position and holds them at the opening 3.

As indicated above, a button 6 representative of the buttons contained in the cases 4 distributed by the corresponding distribution ramp 12 is attached to each location 5 of the front facade 2 of the display unit 1.

According to a first embodiment, visible in FIG. 1, each slot 5 has a tab 15 in which the button 6 is inserted.

According to a second embodiment, shown in Figures 2 and 3, the button 6 is fixed on the location 5 by means of a removable plate 16, as shown in Figures 7 and 8. This plate 16 removable has, on the one hand, a rear face provided with fixing lugs 17 intended to cooperate with holes 18 formed in the front faces of the bins 7 constituting the locations 5, and secondly, a front face in which are made of openings 20 to allow the passage of a wire to fix the button.

More specifically, each fixing lug 17 is made in the form of two semi-circular tongues 17a, 17b respectively having a rounded bead 19a, 19b at their end. To fix the removable plate 16, simply insert the brackets 17 into the corresponding holes 18. To do this, it is necessary to exert a slight pressure on the removable plate 16. The rounded beads 19a, 19b of each fastening tab 17 then tend to converge towards one another, which ultimately authorizes the crossing of the corresponding hole 18 by the tabs 17a, 17b of said bracket 17. The withdrawal of the removable plate 16 is performed according to the same principle by exerting a slight traction.

Thus fixed on this inset plate 16 removable, the button 6 representative can be easily changed to match the buttons distributed by the openings 3 adjacent to each location 5. It is not necessary to detach the button 6 representative at each exchange, the plate 16 having the button 6 adapted being simply clipped on the corresponding location 5.

In addition, it should be noted that the buttons offered for sale are protected from manipulation but the representative button 6 can be touched by customers if they wish.

It should also be understood that the number of buttons in each case may vary to allow the customer to choose a case 4 containing the number of buttons that suits him.

Although the invention has been described in connection with particular embodiments, it is obvious that it is not limited thereto and that it comprises all the technical equivalents of the means described and their combinations if they are within the scope of the invention.
