The frame shown by way of example in the figures is entirely removable; its installation by two people takes about a day for a surface of 30 m2.
This frame is supported by concrete studs such as 1, which are conventionally poured into the ground with threaded rods 2 partially embedded in them (Figure 2).
These studs support a low belt 3 which extends over the entire perimeter of the house; this belt carries vertical posts 4, distributed around the latter and which support in the upper part trusses such as 5 and a high belt 6 and 6 '; in gables, the upper belt is formed by one of the constituent elements of each gear gable.
Prefabricated panels as primed at 7 in FIG. 1 are arranged in the spaces delimited by the low belt, two neighboring posts and the high belt.
In addition to support the floor, the lower belt 3 is provided with a central beam 16 which is assembled on two opposite sides thereof.
The lower belt 3 is produced by means of metal profiles, having a U-shaped section composed of a core 3a and two wings 3b and 3c; in addition, said section is provided with an additional fin 3d welded projecting from the wing 3c as shown in FIG. 2.
This profile is bolted to the concrete studs 1 by its wing 3b by means of the threaded rods 2 embedded in these studs and fixing nuts.
Each prefabricated panel 7 comprises two facing plates 8 and 9 (FIGS. 9 and 10) which are in particular made of fiber cement and are glued along their four sides on wooden spacers: lower spacer 10, upper spacer 11 and spacers side 12 and 13.
In the hollow volume delimited by these plates 8 and 9 and spacers 10, 11, 12 and 13, is arranged a thermal and sound insulation material 14 such as polystyrene or polyurethane.
The lower spacer 10 is provided over its entire length with a rebate 10a by which the panel is caused to overlap the fin 3d of the low belt as shown in FIG. 2.
The vertical posts 4 are constituted by tubular metal profiles, in particular of square section. they are linked to the low belt 3 by fitting onto tubular pins 32 of suitable section (FIG. 3) these pins 32 are welded to the low belt.
In addition, the central beam 16 is composed of two U-shaped metal profiles welded back to back (Figure 4); at the ends of this beam, angled legs such as 17 / welded to these profiles and allow said beam to be bolted to the core 3a of the belt 3.
At an angle, the lower belt profiles are bolted to each other (FIG. 5) by means of a connecting plate 15 welded into one of the profiles, the core 3a of the other profile being bolted to this sheet.
In the upper part, the vertical posts 4 support the trusses 5 (Figure 6). Each truss comprises a horizontal lower element 18 constituted1 for the intermediate trusses, by two square metal profiles 18a and 18b, positioned back to back, and an inclined upper element 19 constituted by two similar profiles 19a, 19b. In gable plates (not shown) are provided in a conventional manner to close the free space located between these farm elements.
Each truss is assembled on the corresponding vertical posts, thanks to gussets 20, welded to the vertical posts. The profiles 18a, 18b, 19a and 19b are bolted to these gussets as shown in Figure 6.
On the front, the upper belt is constituted by a profile 6 'in the form of a square, which, as shown in FIG. 6, comes to bear by its vertical wing against each vertical post 4 and is bolted by its horizontal wing to the horizontal wings. farm profiles 18a and 18b.
In gable the upper belt is constituted by a profile 6 in the form of a square (Figure 7) which forms the lower element of the gable trusses. This profile is bolted by its vertical wing on a lug 21 welded to each intermediate vertical pinion post.
haute 6.In addition, metal profiles, false ceiling support, such as 22 (Figure 8) are hung on the profiles of the high belt 6, in order to allow the fixing of false ceiling panels. These profiles have a U-shaped section with upper returns. At the end, its wings 22a and 22b have notches 22c which form a hooking structure, allowing hooking by interlocking the
profile 22 on the wings of the angle profiles of the belt
high 6.
compressed or otherwise) are screwed under these profiles 22.
In addition, the prefabricated panels
7 already mentioned are maintained at each vertical post
cal 4 as shown in Figure 11 (cut by a horizontal plane).
The external fiber cement plate 8 of each panel projects laterally with respect to the lateral spacers 12 or 13, while the internal plate 9 arrives flush with said spacers. The protruding parts 8a externally cover the post 4 and are bonded thereto by means of a seal 23.
On the other side, the panels are connected by a sheet 24 screwed through the plates 9 on the spacers 12.
At an angle (FIG. 12), angle plates 25 and 26 are screwed, internally and externally, through the plates 8 and 9 of the panels on the lateral spacers 12 thereof. On the external side, the protruding parts 8a of the plates are glued to the corner post by joints in a manner analogous to the current junction.
A wall head at the level of a post 4 is shown diagrammatically in FIG. 13. A U-shaped protective tube 27 surrounds the end of the wall and is screwed through the plates 8 and 9 of the panel, on the spacer. side 8 thereof.
Furthermore, Figure 14 shows the start of a partition 28. For this purpose the corresponding panel, of a special type, includes a piece of wood 29 which extends its lateral spacer and allows the fixing in a vertical position of a profile. 30 in the shape of a U. This fixing is ensured by screwing into the piece of wood 29 through the internal fiber cement plate. The partition 28 is held by nesting in the profile 30.
Finally Figures 15 and 16 show the installation of joists 31 extending between the central beam
16 and one of the profiles of the lower belt 3. FIG. 15 is a section through a vertical plane, parallel to and passing close to the central beam, while FIG. 16 is a section through a perpendicular vertical plane to the previous one and passing through the axis of a joist.
The joists 31 are inserted at their ends (provided with an upper notch) between the wings of the profiles of the beam 16 and of the belt profile 3.
It is easy to understand the advantage of the production method described above, which allows, under remarkable conditions of speed and ease, to produce a fully removable residential framework.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the terms of the foregoing description but includes all of its variants.
