Girders a n d beams; roofs and roofing. - A unit frame for use in metal frame structures, such as roof trusses, girders, braced frames, &c., comprises bars 1, 2, 3, preferably of angle or like section, bound together to form an isosceles triangle with a median 7 connecting the vertex with the base. Two frames may be bound together, and the frames may be used alone or with additional bars and with other units, to constitute a complete frame structure, such as is described in Specification 100,932.
