In the context of this description, place or orientation indications, such as "up", "down", "lower", "upper", "outside", "inside", "horizontal", "vertical", for example, understand themselves directly in relation to the element in its natural orientation, from the perspective of an observer who is in a natural standing position as well. The figures show the objects (building elements, fixtures, building) in their position or natural orientation, and the aforementioned indications of place are therefore understood directly in relation to the drawing. With particular regard to the terms "interior" and "exterior", they are understood by the orientation of a wall structure element and / or floor in a finished construction, for example a complete building. The floor structure element according to the invention can be considered, also or in the alternative, as a ceiling structure element. The floor structure element is also a slab. For the purposes of the present invention, the terms "floor structure member", "ceiling structure member" and "slab" are interchangeable. This building element can function as a ceiling as well as a floor.

The connecting pieces 41-46 and 51-56 can also be called "pieces of distance ", because their main purpose is to define a distance or a separation between the
Preferably, the connectors 41-46 and 51-56 comprise an insulating material consisting essentially of or consisting of an insulating material for thermally separating the framework of the
According to one embodiment, the connectors 41-46 and / or 51-56 comprise and / or consist essentially of a rigid insulating material, for example wood, which can assume a support function for the outer and / or inner panel, respectively .
For example, they may comprise or consist essentially of wood and / or an insulating plastic material, for example. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the connectors 41-46 and 51-56 are connected more specifically to the

The outer panel (s) comprise, consist essentially or consist of material that is resistant to fluctuations in temperature, humidity and / or water. More particularly, the outer panel, optionally supplemented with a protective layer, is able to withstand the weather. Such a protective layer may, for example, be a paint layer.
According to one embodiment, the outer panel is the final panel on the outer face of the wall structure according to the invention. In this way, the
Preferably, the
If the outer panel is the outermost, weather-exposed panel, it may be partially or completely covered with a plaster and / or other protective layer.
On the side of the

As can be seen, in the embodiment shown in the figures, the
In the same way, but independently of the connectors 41-46, in the embodiment shown in the figures, the
However, in the embodiments shown, the

According to an alternative embodiment, the inner connectors 51-56 are absent and the

Dans ce cas, il est délicat et donc moins préféré d'isoler entre le panneau de finition 100 et le panneau intérieur 70.Spacers 91-97 may comprise wood, consisting essentially of or consisting of wood, and / or other support material, for example plastic or other construction material. According to one embodiment, the finishing

As in the case of the

In the embodiment shown in the figures, the
The
The
Preferably, the
The
On the other hand, the
The same principle applies to the fixing of the
Like the wall of the invention, the slab and the roof of the invention are preferably prefabricated. They can be transported to a construction site after their manufacture. After assembly and / or construction comprising one or more building elements according to the invention, other finishes can be added.
