Fig. 7 und 8).

Prefabricated building element, in particular a wall element The invention relates to a prefabricated building element, in particular a wall element, for use in building construction for the construction of almost any type of building.
In addition to the required strength properties, such components must also provide effective protection against heat, moisture and sound. For reasons of transport and assembly, however, these construction elements should have the lowest possible weight and, for economic reasons, the largest possible dimensions.
The component according to the invention satisfies these requirements in that it has a rigid frame and several anchored and enclosing layers that form insulation against heat, condensation and sound, and that the edges of the component with fastening elements for assembly at the place of use are provided on the construction site.
The component according to the invention has z. B. the essential advantages that it offers perfect protection against heat, moisture and sound, has a low weight and is easy to transport and assemble and can be made in practically any required size.
Embodiments of the subject invention are described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. 1 shows the component in a first embodiment in a view, FIG. 2 shows the component shown in FIG. 1 in a horizontal section, FIG. 3 shows the component in a second embodiment in a partial section, FIG. 4 two to one straight wall united construction elements of the second embodiment in horizontal section, Fig. 5 is a view of the components at their connection points in the direction of arrow A in Fig. 4,
6 shows the arrangement of the connecting elements of the two components from FIG. 4, FIG. 7 shows two components forming a corner wall of the second embodiment according to FIG. 3, FIG. 8 shows three components of the second embodiment according to FIG. 3 in their combination to form a longitudinal one wall and an associated transverse wall.
The component shown in a first embodiment in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a profile rods la and 1b generally denoted by 1 frame, which of the profile rods la and depending on the requirements at a distance from each other angeord Neten profile rods 1b formed frame fields are filled with several insulation layers. In the profile rods 1b of the frame, the thickness of the component-determining retaining strips 2 are arranged.
Both the frame 1 and the retaining strips 2 can consist of metal, wood or plastic. Two layers 3 made of a rigid foam are provided as the outermost insulating layers forming the two visible surfaces of the component. Between these two layers, a filler or core layer 4 made of Leca expanded clay is arranged, the space between the individual expanded clay particles of the layer 4 also being filled with rigid foam.
Between the two hard foam layers 3 and the filling layer 4 a latticework 5 holding the individual layers is arranged, which is connected to the profile bars 1b of the frame. This latticework 5 can be formed, for example, from a steel wire mesh or from an expanded metal or from perforated metal, Eternit, wood or plastic panels. At the edges of the component several fastening tabs 6 are easily seen which are fastened to the edge bars 1b of the frame and are provided with a centering slot 6a and fastening holes 6b.
The two visible surfaces of the component can be clad with building panels 9 or 10, depending on your wishes and needs, or only be seen at the construction site with a layer of plaster. In addition, other components 6 and 8 such. B. doors, windows, shafts or installation lines can be arranged.
In the second embodiment of the component shown in partial section in FIG. 3, two outer layers 24 made of rigid foam are also provided, the two visible surfaces of the component bil Dende layers. Between these two outer layers 24, two further layers 25 are also made of Leca expanded clay, the spaces between the individual expanded clay particles also being filled with rigid foam.
The core layer 26 is formed here by layered, hollow plates made of baked clay, the so-called AZA plates, the thickness of this core layer 26 being such that an air layer remains between it and the two expanded clay layers 25. In this inter mediate space on both sides of the core layer 26 is each Weil a core layer holding latticework 28 is arranged, which by means of the spacer blocks 29 in position on the core layer 26 are held.
The profile rods 20 of the frame are also connected to retaining strips 23, which are seen here, however, with heat and sound insulating recesses 23a, 23c and 23d ver. In the retaining strips 23 grooves 23b are also arranged in which the layers 24 and 25 separating from each other and anchored to the frame white direct latticework 27 engage. Brackets 20a are attached to the profile bars 20, by means of which the holding bars 23 are held on the profile bars 20.
In this embodiment, too, further components such as doors, windows, shafts, installation lines or other components can be arranged in the frame fields. Furthermore, the two visible surfaces of the construction elements can be covered with wood, veneer, plastic, Eternit -, metal or other building panels 50 and 51 (see. Fig. 4, 7 and 8), or it the components can only be given a layer of plaster at the construction site.
In this embodiment too, the components are provided on their side edges with a plurality of fastening tabs 40 by means of which the components can be assembled in the manner shown in FIGS. 4 to 8. To assemble the structural elements, they are brought into such a position relative to one another that the curves of the slots 40b of the fastening tabs 40 assume a coaxial position relative to one another, so that a centering rod 41 can be inserted through it can be fastened at the corresponding point in the floor and in the ceiling of the building.
As a result, the components are in their correct installation position in the structure to each other and can now be firmly connected to each other by means of pins inserted through the holes 40a of the tabs 40. Through this type of fastening, the components can be mounted in any angle position to each other., D. H. the components are united to form a straight, continuous wall (FIG. 4) and / or are connected to one or two components which each form transverse walls (see FIGS. 7 and 8).

The weight of the rigid foam is 80 kg / m8 and that of the Lecax 800-1000 kg / m $.
The thermal protection is:
EMI0002.0055
= 0.200 + 0.037 + 0.940 + 1.500 + 1.500 + 0.0 + 0.050 = 4.227 k = 0.24 Kcal / mzh C, therefore very good, since max. 0.95 allowed.
The surface temperature is determined by dividing the entire temperature gradient into the individual temperature jumps, so 1.6 + 0.3 + 12.3 + 7.7 + 12.3 + 0.0 + 0.4 = 35.0 ' C The surface temperature is 20.0-1.6 = 18.4 C.
Condensate can only form at 91% room humidity.
