Les N-halogénacétylphénylamino-carbonyl- oximes sont revendiqués dans la demande de brevet publiée en Allemagne sous le n 29 Il 865 et les N-halogènemcétyl-N-organyl-oxyiminoéthyl-eniline dans la demende de brevet publiée en Allemagne sous le n 28 47 827, comme herbicides dans l'un et l'sutre cas. On a maintenant trouve de .fagon surprenante que les oximes et dérivés d'oxime de formule I selon l'invention se caractérisent par un champ d'activité microbicide très intéressant.Les matières soti- ves de formule I ici publiées oonviennent particulièrement pour lutter contre les microorganismes parasites, ainsi p.
ex. de par leur faible toxicité, pour combattre les champignons phytopathogènes, de préférence dans le domaine de l'agriculture. On préfère en particulier les dérivés dweni- line et de naphtylamine de Formule I, qui sont au moins substitués dans les deux positions ortho par rapport à l'azote de l'aniline ou de l'amine, à cause de leur activité microbicide prononcée, surtout à cause de leur action favorable contre les oomycètes.
On préfère les agents microbicides de Formule I ayant les types de substituants suivants ou les combinaisons suivantes de cas substituants entre eux:

Un groupe d'agents microbicides également préféré comprend les composés de formule I où Ar représente un groupe phényle également ou différemment substitué par des groupes chlore, brome, méthyle, méthoxy, nitro ou amino; Rî représente un hydrogène ou un méthyle; R2 un hydrogène, un alcoyle en C1 à C3 ou un phényle, R3 représente un des groupes sulfamoyle, -CDR5 ou -COXR6; où R5 représente un alcoyle en C1 à C3 ou un benzyle, R6 un alcoyle en C1 à C3 et X un oxygène ou un soufre et R4 a la signification donnée pour la formule I.
En outre on préfère le groupe d'agents microbicides constitué par les composés de formule I où Ri représente un hydrogène ou un méthyle, Ra un hydrogène ou un alcoyle en

On peut également dans de nombreux cas éliminer du mélange réactionnel les hydrocarbures apparus en faisant passer un gaz inerte, p. ex. de l'azote, ou les retirer du mélange en ajoutant des tamis moléculaires.

Les matières actives de Formule I peuvent être apportées aux surfaces ou plantes à traiter simultanément ou successivemnnt avec d'autres matières actives. Ces matieres actives peuvent être des engrais, des fournisseurs d'oligo-éléments ou d'autres préparations influengant le croissance végétale. Il peut cependant réagir également dherbicides sélectifs, d'insecticides, de Fongicides, de bactéricides de nématicidesX de mollusquicides ou de mélanges de plusieurs de ces préparations, avec éventuelle~ ment d'autres supports, agents tensioactifs ou autres additifs favorisant l'application habituels dans la technique de Formulation.
Les supports et additifs appropriés peuvent etre solides ou liquides et correspondent aux produits utiliser bles dans la technique de formulation, comme p. ex. les produits minéraux naturels ou régénérés, les solvants, les dispersants, les agents mouillants, les colles, les épaississants, les liants ou les engrais.
La teneur en matière active dans les agents du commerce se situe entre 0,01 et 90X en poids, la teneur en additifs entre 10 et 99s99X en poids, et l'on trouve généralement parmi les additifs de O à 30X en poids d'un agent tensioactif.
On préfère les agents microbicides ayant une teneur en matière active de 1 à 80% en poids. Les concentrations d'application peuvent être diluées jusqu'à OOO1X.
L'invention comprend également les agents qui contiennent au moins comme matière active un composé de formule I, ainsi que l'application des agents de lutte et/ou de prévention de l'attaque des microorganismes.
En outre l'invention comprend également la préparation des agents se caractérisant en ce qu'on mélange intimement la substance active avec une ou plusieurs substance(s) ou @ groupe(s) de substances ici décrites. Est également compris un procédé de lutte contre les microorganismes, qui se caractérise par l'application des composés de Formule I ou des nouveaux agents.
Les exemples suivants servent à préciser linven- tion sans la limiter. Les températures sont données en degrés Celsius. Les pourcentages et fractions sont pondéraux. Sauf indications contraires, lorsqu'on mentionne une matière active de Formule I, il s'agit toujours du mélange d'isomères. h désigne l'heure.

On agite pendant 40 h à 100 C et en faisant simultanément passer de ltzote 0,8 Mole de 2,3,6- triméthylaniline, 0,8 Mole de 3-chloro-2-butanone, 0,8 Mole de carbonate de potassium et 0,08 Mole d'iodure de potassium dans 600 ml de diméthylformamide. Après refroidissement à la température ambiante on filtre le mélange réac- tionnel, on verse le Filtrat dans 1,3 litre d'eau et on extrait avec du chlorure de méthylène.On lave les extraits réunis avec de l'eau, on sèche sur sulfate de sodium, on filtre et on retire le solvant sous vide. Peb 90-92 C à 7 x 10- bar.

On agite encore le mélange réactionnel pendant 2 h à la température ambiante, on filtre, on lave le filtrat avec de l'acide chlorhydrique à 2%, avec de l'eau et avec une solution à 2X de carbonate de sodium et on sèche sur sulfate de sodium.Après avoir retiré le solvant sous vide on obtient une huile jaune pâle. nD25: 1,5243.

On dissout 0,3 Mole de la 3-[N-[2,3,6-triméthyl phényl]-N-méhoxyacétyl-amino]-2-butanone et 0,3 Mole de chlorure d'hydroxylammonium dans un mélange de 120 ml de méthanol et 100 ml d'eau. En ajoutant en plusieurs fois du carbonate de sodium on maintient le pH du mélange à 4.

On amène le résidu huileux à se cristalliser avec de l'éther de pétrole/diéthyléther. On obtient des cristaux blancs de Ff 118-121 C.
Exemple a: Préparation de
3-[N-(2,3,6-Triméthylphényl)-N-méthoxyacétyl-amino]-2-butanon-0méthylcarbamoyl-oxime
On dissout 0,1 Mole de 3-(N-(2,3,6-triméthyl phényl]-N-méthoxyacétyl-amino]-2-butanon-oxime et 5 gouttes de triéthylamine dans 350 ml de chlorure de méthylène et on mélange avec O,Z4 Mole de méthylisocysnate, dissous dans 120 ml de chlorure de méthylène. On agite encore le solution claire jaune pâle pendant 1 h å le température ambiante et on retire le solvant sous vide.
3-[N-(2,3,6-Triméthylphényl)-N-méthoxyacétyl-amino]-2-butanon-0méthylcarbamoyl-oxime
On dissout 0,1 Mole de 3-(N-(2,3,6-triméthyl phényl]-N-méthoxyacétyl-amino]-2-butanon-oxime et 5 gouttes de triéthylamine dans 350 ml de chlorure de méthylène et on mélange avec O,Z4 Mole de méthylisocysnate, dissous dans 120 ml de chlorure de méthylène. 2-[N-(2,6-Diméthylphényl)-N-méthoxyacétyl-amino]-propionaldéhyd-oxime
On dissout 0,1 Mole de 2-[N-2,5-diméthylphényl]
N-méthoxyacétyl-smino]-propionaldéhyde-diméthylacétal et 0,1 Mole de chlorure d'hydroxylammonium dans 100 ml d'éthanol aqueux à 60%. En ajoutant en plusieurs fois du carbonate de sodium on maintient le pH du mélange à 4.
2-[N-(2,6-Diméthylphényl)-N-méthoxyacétyl-amino]-propionaldéhyd-oxime
On dissout 0,1 Mole de 2-[N-2,5-diméthylphényl]
N-méthoxyacétyl-smino]-propionaldéhyde-diméthylacétal et 0,1 Mole de chlorure d'hydroxylammonium dans 100 ml d'éthanol aqueux à 60%. En ajoutant en plusieurs fois du carbonate de sodium on maintient le pH du mélange à 4.
Au bout de 3 h de réaction on mélange la solution avec 100 ml d'eau, on extrait 3 ml avec du diéthyléther; on sèche les extraits réunis sur sulfate de sodium et on enlève le solvant par distillation. On amene le résidu résineux à sa cristalliser en ajoutant de l'éther de pétrole. Cristaux blancs. Pf 78,5-80 C.
2-[N-(2,6-Diméthylphényl)-N-méthoxyacétyl-amino]-propionaldéhyd
0-méthoxycarbonyl-oxime
Dans 0,07 Mole de 2-[N-[2,6-diméthylphényl]-N- méthoxy-acétyl-amino]-propionaldéhyde-oxime et 0,1 Mole de pyridine dans 70 ml de toluène on verse goutte à goutte à 300C 0,1 Mole d'ester méthylique de acide chloroformique.
0-méthoxycarbonyl-oxime
Dans 0,07 Mole de 2-[N-[2,6-diméthylphényl]-N- méthoxy-acétyl-amino]-propionaldéhyde-oxime et 0,1 Mole de pyridine dans 70 ml de toluène on verse goutte à goutte à 300C 0,1 Mole d'ester méthylique de acide chloroformique.
Lorsque la réaction exothermique s'est arrêtée on agite encore pendant 3 h, puis on sépare par filtration le chlorhydrate de pyridine formé et on lave le Filtrat 4 fois avec à chaque fois 50 ml d'eau. On sèche la phase organique sur sulfate de sodium, on filtre et on sépare le solvant par distillation. On purifie le résidu par chromatographie sur colonne (gel de silice; diéthyléther/chloroforme [1:1)].
On obtient alors le produit sous la Forme d'une huile jaune.

Exemple 5: Préparation de
2-[N-(2,3,6-Triméthylphényl)-N-méthoxyacétyl-amino]-propionaldéhyd-Ométhyl-oxime
On dissout 0,1 Mole de 2-[N-(2,3,6-triméthyl- phényl)-N-méthoxy-acétyl)-smino]-propionaldéhyde-diméthylacétal et 0,1 Mole de chlorhydrate de méthoxyamine dans ioe ml d'éthanol aqueux à 75X. En ajoutant en plusieurs fois du carbonate de sodium on maintient le pH du mélange à 4. Au bout de 4 h on verse le mélange réactionnel dans 5DO ml d'veau et on extrait 3 fois avec à chaque fois 200 ml de diéthyléther.On sèche les extraits réunie sur un temis moléculaire (taille des pores 3 ], on filtre ot on enlève le solvant sous vide. On obtient alors le produit sous la orme d'un liquide huileux jaune. nD25 : 1,5248.

On agite encore pendant 3 h à la température ambiante la suspension colorée en baige puis on la lave 3 fois avec à chaque fois 120 ml d'eau. On sèche la phase organique sur sulfate de sodium et on enlève le solvant par distillation; on obtient une-résine 20 jaune. n0 : 1,5328.
acétyl-oxime
Dans une solution de 0,1 Mole de 2-[N-(2,3- diméthyl-naphtyl]-N-méthoxy-acétyl-amino)-propionaldéhydeoxime dans 200 ml de toluène on verse goutte à goutte à 26-30 C simultanément 0,14 Mole de chlorure d'acétyle et 0,14 Mole de pyridine. On agite encore pendant 3 h à la température ambiante la suspension colorée en baige puis on la lave 3 fois avec à chaque fois 120 ml d'eau. On sèche la phase organique sur sulfate de sodium et on enlève le solvant par distillation; on obtient une-résine 20 jaune. n0 : 1,5328.

Un produit pour poudrage à 5X peut être constitué par exemple de 5 parties de matière active et de 95 parties d'un additif comme le talc ou de 5 parties de matière active, une partie d'acide silicique finement divisé et 94 parties de talc.

Les granulés comme les granulés enrobés, les granulés imprégnés, les granulés homogènes et les pellets C= grains) contiennent habituellement de i à 80% de matière active.
Un granulé à 5X peut ainsi se composer p. ex. de 5 parties -de matière active, 0,25 partie d'huile végétale époxydée, 0,25 partie de cétylpolyglycoléther, 3,50 parties de polyéthylèneglycol et 91 parties de kaolin (granulométrie pré- féré 0,3-0,8 mm).

La préparation d'un poudre mouillable à 25X peut s'effectuer de différentes manières. Une telle poudre peut être composée p. ex. ainsi: as parties de matière active, 4,5 parties de ligninesulfonate de calcium, 1,9 partie de mélange craie tp. ex.
oraie de Ohampaghe]/hydroxyéthylosllulose [1,1], 1,5 partie de dibutylnaphtylsulfonate de sodium, 19,5 parties d'acide silicique, 19,5 parties de craie (p. ex. craie de Champagne) et 2,81 parties de kaolin. On peut préparer une poudre mouillable à 10% p. ex. à partir de 10 parties de matière active, 3 parties deun mélange de sels de sodium de sulfonates d'alcools gres saturés, 5 parties de condenset acide naphtalènesulfonique/formaldéhyde et sa parties de kaolin.
Un concentré d'émulsion à 25X peut contenir p. ex. les corps émulsifiables suivants: 25 partie de matière active, 2,5 parties dZhuålé végétale époxydée, 10 parties d'un mélange alcoylarylsulfonateipolyglycoléther d'alcool gras, 5 parties de diméthylformamide et 57,5 parties de xylène.
A partir de tels concentrés on peut préparer par dilution avec de l'eau des émulsions de la concentration d'application désirée, qui sont particulièrement appropriées à l'application sur les feuilles.
Exemples biologiques
Les bouillies de pulvérisation utilisees dans les exemples suivants sont formulées comme il est dit ci-dessus.

Exemple 9: Action contre Phytophtora infestans sur les
plants de tomate.

a) Action protectrice résiduelle.
Au bout de 3 semaines de culture on pulvérise sur des plants de tomate une bouillie de pulvérisation [0,06% de matière active) préparée à partir d'une poudre mouillable de matière active. Au bout de 24 h on infecte les plants traités avec une suspension de sporanges du champignon.
La détermination de l'attaque par les champignons s'effec- tue après incubation des plantes infectés pendant 5 jours à 90-100X d'humidité relative et 20 C.
Par comparaison avec les plantes témoin non traitées (atteintes à 100% les plantes traitées avec l'un des composés nD 1.1, 1,2, 1.3, 1.10, 1.11, 1.20, 2.21 a .94, 6.3, 6,15, 6.16, 6.2U et 6.Z8 sont attaquées à moins de 10X.
b) Action systémique
Au bout de 3 semaines de culture on verse sur des plants de tomate une bouillie de pulvérisation [0,06% de matière active par rapport au volume de terre) préparée à partir d'une poudre mouillable de matière active.

On veille dans cette. opération à ce que la bouillie de pulvérisation n'entre pas en contact avec les parties aériennes des plantes. Au bout de 48 h on infecte les plantes traitées avec une suspension de sporanges du champignon.
La détermination de l'attaque par le champignon s'effectue après incubation des plantes infectées pendant 5 jours à une humidité relative de 90-100X et à 20 C.
Entre autres, les composés n 1.1 1.2, 1.3, 1.10, 1.11, 1.20, 6.3, 6.15, 6.16, 6.20 et 6.28 présentent dans l'expérience ci-desses une très bonne action systémique.
Fer rapport aux plantes témoin non traitées Catteintes à 100%] ces composés provoquent une suppression presque totale de l'attaque par les champignons tO à 5%].
Exemple 10: Action contre Pythium debaryanum sur les raves: a) Action après application au sol
On cultive le champignon sur une solution nutritive d'épluchures de carottes et on les ajoute à un mélange de terre et de sable. On répartit la terre ainsi infectée dans des pots de fleurs et on l'ensemence avec des graines de betterave sucrière. Immédiatement après l'ense- mencement on verse sur la terre

Claims (10)
1. Composés de formule I
R4CO-N[Ar]-CH[R1]-C[R2]=NOR3 [I] où
Ar représente un phényle, un α-naphtyle ou un ss-naphtyle non substitué ou également ou différemment substitué par des groupes halogène, alcoyle en C1 à C4 alcoxyméthyle en C1 à
C4, alcoxy en C1 à C nitro, amino, trifluorométhyle ou cyano;
R1 représente un hydrogène, un alcoyle en Ci à C3 ou un alcoxy en C1 à C3;
R2 représente un hydrogène un alcoyle en Ci à C6 ou un phényle non substitué ou également ou différemment substitué par un halogène ou un nitro, ou R1 et Rz Forment ensemble un pont propylène ou butylène;;
R3 représente un hydrogène ou un alcoyle en Ci à C4 non substitué ou substitué par un cyano ou un alcoxy en C1 à C3 ou un alcynyle en C3 à C4 non substitué Du substitué par un halogène, un alcényle en C3 à C4, un phényle non substitué ou substitué par un halogène un nitro ou un trifluorométhyle, un benzyle non substitué ou substitué par un halogène ou un nitro ou ltun des groupes -COR5 ou -COXR6; où
R5 représente un alcoyle en C1 à C3.non substitué ou substitué par un cyano, un halogène ou un alcoxy en C1 à C3 ou un alcényle en C2 à C4 ou un phényle ou un benzyle non substitué ou substitué par un halogène;;
X représente un oxygène, un soufre ou -NH-, R6 représente un alcoyle en C1 à C6 non substitué ou substitué par un halogène un phényle non substitué ou substitué par un nitro, un halogène ou un trifluorométhyle ou un benzyle non substitué ou substitué par un halogène ou un nitro;
R4 représente un groupe 2-furyle, 2-tétrahydrofuryle, alcényle en C1 à C4, cyclopropyle ou -(C1-C4)-alcoxy- éthyle non substitué ou substitué par un halogène ou le groupe CH2Z, où Z représente l'un des groupes a) hydroxy b] 1H-1,2,4-triazolyle, 1H-imidazolyle, 1H-pyrazolyle,

2. Dérivés d' 2-naphtyle de formule I selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que la position Drtho par rapport à l'azote de la naphtylamine est substituée.

R1 représenteun hydrogène, un méthyle ou un méthoxy; Ra représenteun hydrogène, un alcoyle en C1 à C3 ou un phényle ' et R3 et R4 ont les significations données pour la Formule I.
