Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verbindungen der Formel I

Ar für ein unsubstituiertes oder ein gleichartig oder verschieden durch Halogen, C -C,-Alkyl, C -C,-Alkoxymethyl, C -C,-Alkoxy, Nitro,
Amino, Trifluormethyl oder Cyano substituiertes Phenyl, α-Naphthyl
oder ß-Naphthyl steht;
R Wasserstoff, C -C.-Alkyl oder C -C -Alkoxy bedeutet;

C,-C -Alkinylgruppe bedeutet; Rq für ein unsubstituiertes oder durch
C -C -Alkoxy substituiertes C -C_-Alkyl steht und R C -C,-Alkyl,
Mono- oder Di-CCj-CJ-Alkylamin bedeutet.
Alle als substituiert bezeichneten Gruppen sind entweder ein- oder
mehrfach substituiert.
Unter Alkyl oder Alkylanteil eines anderen Substituenten sind je nach
Zahl der angegebenen Kohlenstoffatome beispielsweise folgende Gruppen
zu verstehen: Methyl, Ethyl, Propyl, Butyl, Pentyl oder Hexyl, sowie
ihre Isomeren wie Isopropyl, iso-Butyl, sek.-Butyl, tert.-Butyl usw.
Alkenyl steht beispielsweise für Vinyl, Propenyl-(l), Allyl, ButenyL-(1),
Butenyl-(2) oder Butenyl-(3), und Alkinyl bedeutet insbesondere Propargyl. Halogen steht hier und im folgenden für Fluor, Chlor, Brom
oder Jod, vorzugsweise für Chlor oder Brom.
Verbindungen der Formel I sind bei Raumtemperatur stabile OeIe, Harze
oder Feststoffe.
Anilin-derivate mit einer Carbonyloxim- bzw. Oximether-Seitenkette am
Stickstoffatom sind aus der Literatur bekannt. N-Halogenacetylphenylamino-carbonylcncime
werden in der DE-OS 29 11 865 und N-Halogenacetyl-N-organyl-oxyiminoethyl-aniline
in der DE-OS 28 47 827 jeweils als Herbizide beansprucht. Es wurde nun überraschend gefunden, dass.die
erfindungsgemässen Oxime und Oximderivate der Formel I sich durch ein
sehr wertvolles Mikrobizid-Spektrum auszeichnen. Die hierin offenbarten
Wirkstoffe der Formel I eignen sich insbesondere zur Bekämpfung schädlicher Mikroorganismen, so z.B. aufgrund ihrer geringen Phytotoxizität,
zur Bekämpfung phytopathogener Pilze, bevorzugt auf dem Agrargebiet.
Anilin- und Naphthylamin-derivate der Formel I, die mindestens in beiden zum Anilin- bzw. Aminsticks toff orthoständigen Positionen
substituiert sind, werden aufgrund ihrer ausgeprägten mikrobiziden Aktivität, vor allem wegen ihrer guten Oomycetenwirkung besonders bevorzugt.
Mikrobizide der Formel I mit folgenden Substituententypen oder Kombinationen
dieser untereinander sind bevorzugt:
Bei Ar: C5H3(CH3)2(2,6); C
C6H (CH3)4(2,3,5,6); C5H2(CH3)^,6)Cl(3) ;
sowie folgende a-Naphthyl-derivate:
Bei R : CH3.
Bei R2: H; CH3.
Bei R3: H; CH3; CH2CN; COCH3; COOCH3.
Bei R4: CH2OCH3; CH2OC2H5;
CH2SCH3; CH2OSO2NHCH3.
Verbindungen, bei denen Ar = oc-Naphthyl bedeutet, und bei denen die
zum Naphthylamin-'Stickstoff orthoständige Position substituiert ist, stellen eine eigene Untergrup'pe wirksamer und bevorzugter Verbindungen
der Formel I dar.
Eine bevorzugte Gruppe von Mikrobiziden besteht aus Verbindungen der
Formel I, worin Ar für ein gleichartig oder verschieden durch Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Ethyl, Methoxymethyl, Methoxy, Nitro oder Amino substituiertes
Phenyl oder ot-Naphthyl steht; R Wasserstoff, Methyl oder
Methoxy bedeutet; R„ für Wasserstoff, C -C„-Alkyl oder Phenyl steht
und R» und R, die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen haben.
Eine weitere bevorzugte Gruppe von Mikrobiziden besteht aus Verbindungen
der Formel I, worin Ar für eine gleichartig oder verschieden durch
Methyl, Methoxy, Nitro oder Amino substituierte Phenyl- oder Naphthylgruppe
steht und R., R^, R, und R, die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen
haben.
Eine ebenso bevorzugte Gruppe von Mikrobiziden umfasst diejenigen Verbindungen
der Formel I, worin Ar für eine gleichartig oder verschieden durch Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Methoxy, Nitro oder Amino substituierte

Besonders bevorzugt sind diejenigen Mikrobizide im Umfang der Formel
I, bei denen R, für eine Aliphatoxymethylgruppe steht.
Folgende Einzelverbindungen werden besonders bevorzugt:

Die Verbindungen der Formel I können nach einer ganzen Reihe von Reaktionsvarianten hergestellt werden.
Bei dem erfindungsgemässen Herstellungsverfahren kann man im einzelnen

Die Ausgangssubstanzen der Formeln III und VII, sind grösstenteils
bekannt oder können nach an sich bekannten Methoden hergestellt werden. Die Zwischenprodukte der Formel II lassen sich analog zur Verfahrensvariante B durch Reaktion eines Arylamins mit einer Verbindung der
Formel V herstellen, und die Verbindungen der Formel IV sind analog
zu Variante A durch Acylierung eines Arylamins mit einem Acylierungsmittel der Formel III zugänglich. Die Zwischenprodukte der Formel V
sind bekannt oder können nach an sich bekannter Methode, z.B. durch eine
zur Variante C analoge Umsetzung, aus den zugrundeliegenden Aldehyden oder Ketonen mit Verbindungen der Formel VII hergestellt werden.
Das beschriebene Herstellungsverfahren ist einschliesslich aller Varianten ein Bestandteil der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Bei den beschriebenen Reaktionen können reaktionsinerte Lösungs- oder
Verdünnungsmittel eingesetzt werden. In Frage kommen beispielsweise
aliphatische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Benzol, Toluol,
Xylole, Petrolether; halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoff wie Chlorbenzol,
Methylenchlorid, Ethylenchlorid, Chloroform, Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Tetrachlorethylen; Ether und etherartige Verbindungen wie Dialkylether
(Diethylether, Diisopropylether, tert.-Butylmethylether usw.),
Anisol, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran; Nitrile wie Acetonitril, Propionitril;
N,N-dialkylierte Amide wie Dimethylformamid; Dimethylsulfoxid;
Ketone wie Aceton, Diethylketon, Methylethylketon und Gemische solcher Lösungsmittel untereinander. In manchen Fällen kann das Acylierungs-,
Veretherungs-, Carboxylierungs- oder Carbamoylierungsmittel selbst als Lösungsmittel eingesetzt werden.

Bei Acylierungs-, Carboxylierungs- und CarfaamoylierungsreaktionetL kann
die Gegenwart eines Reaktionskatalysators wie beispielsweise Dimethylformamid von Vorteil sein.
Die Reaktionstemperaturen liegen im allgemeinen zwischen 0° und 1800C,
vorzugsweise 0° und 1500C bzw.~am Siedepunkt des Lösungsmittels "bzw.
Lösungsmittelgemisches. In manchen Fallen ist die Verwendung von säurebindenden
Mitteln bzw. Kondensationsmitteln vorteilhaft. Als solche kommen organische und anorganische Basen in Betracht, z.B. tertiäre
Amine wie Trialkylamine (Trimethylamin, Triethylamin, Tripropylamin usw.), Pyridin und Pyridinbasen (4-Dimethylaminopyridin, 4-Pyrrolidiylaminopyridin
usw.), Oxide und Hydroxide, Carbonate und Hydrogencarbonate von Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen sowie Alkaliacetate.
Entstehender Halogenwasserstoff kann in manchen Fällen auch mittels
Durchleiten von Inertgas, z.B. Stickstoff, aus dem Reaktionsgemisch vertrieben werden oder durch Zusatz von Molekularsieben aus dem Gemisch
entfernt werden-.
Bei allen Varianten kann sich die Verwendung wasserfreier und/oder
schutzgasgesättigter organischer Lösungsmittel vorteilhaft auswirken.
Auch das Arbeiten unter Schutzgasatmosphäre, z.B. N-, kann den Reaktionsverlauf
günstig beeinflussen.
Bei dem beschriebenen Verfahren ist es in der Regel nicht notwendig,
die Zwischenprodukte zu isolieren. Das Verfahren kann auch in einer sogenannten Eintopfreaktion erfolgen.
In den Fällen, in denen der Substituent R in den Verbindungen der
Formel I eine andere Bedeutung als Wasserstoff hat, besitzen diese

im Molekül vorhanden sein.
Unabhängig von der genannten optischen Isomerie wird eine Atropisomerie
um die Aryl—IN^ Achse beobachtet.
Darüberhinaus können die Oximderivate der Formel I in der syn- ode^r
anti-Form vorliegen.
Sofern keine gezielte Synthese zur Isolierung reiner Isomeren durchgeführt
wird, fällt normalerweise ein Produkt der-Formel I als Gemisch
dieser möglichen Isomeren an.

Es wurde überraschend gefunden, dass Verbindungen der Formel I ein
für praktische Bedürfnisse sehr günstiges Mikrobizid-Spektrum aufweisen. Sie lassen sich beispielsweise zum Schutz von Kulturpflanzen
verwenden.
Das Haupteinsatzgebiet von Verbindungen der Formel I liegt in der Bekäinfung
von schädlichen Mikroorganismen, vor allem von phytopathogenen Pilzen. So besitzen die Verbindungen der Formel I eine für praktische
Bedürfnisse sehr günstige kurative, präventive und systemische Wirkung zum Schutz von Kulturpflanzen, ohne diese durch unerwünschte
Nebenwirkungen zu beeinflussen. Kulturpflanzen seien im Rahmen vorliegender .Erfindung beispielsweise: Getreide: (Weizen, Gerste, Roggen,
Hafer, Reis); Rüben: (Zucker- und Futterrüben); Kern-, Stein- und Beerenobst: (Aepfel, Birnen, Pflaumen, Pfirsiche, Mandeln, Kirschen,
Erd-, Hirn- und Brombeeren); Hülsenfrüchte: (Bohnen, Linsen, Erbsen,
Soja); Oelkulturen: Raps, Senf, Mohn, Oliven, Sonnenblumen, Kokos, Rizinus, Kakao, Erdnüsse); Gurkengewächse: (Kürbis, Gurken, Melonen);
Fasergewächse: (Baumwolle, Flachs, Hanf, Jute); Citrusfrüchte: (Orangen,
Zitronen, Pampelmusen, Mandarinen); Gemüsesorten: (Spinat, Kopfsalat, Spargel, Kohlarten, Möhren, Zwiebeln, Tomaten, Kartoffeln,
Paprika); Lorbeergewächse: .(Avocado, Cinnamonum, Kampfer) oder Pflanzen,
wie Mais, Tabak, Nüsse, Kaffee, Zuckerrohr, Tee, Weinreben, Hopfen, Bananen- und Naturkautschukgewächse sowie Zierpflanzen.
Mit den Wirkstoffen der Formel I können an Pflanzen oder an Pflanzenteilen
(Früchte, Blüten, Laubwerk, Stengel, Knollen, Wurzeln) dieser und verwandter Nutzkulturen die auftretenden Mikroorganismen eingedämmt
ader vernichtet werden, wobei auch später zuwachsende Pflanzenteile von derartigen Mikroorganismen verschont bleiben. Die Wirkstoffe
sind gegen die den folgenden Klassen angehörenden phytopathogenen Pilze wirksam: Insbesondere gegen die "der Klasse der Phycomycetes angehörenden
Oomycetes wie Peronosporales (Phytophthora, Pythium, Plamopara),
und darüberhinaus gegen Ascomycetes wie Erysiphe- und Venturia-Erreger. Wirkstoffe der Formel I wirken auch gegen Fungi imperfecti wie

Cercospora und Botrytis. Ueberdies wirken die Verbindungen der Formel
I systemisch.. Sie können ferner als Beizmittel zur Behandlung von
Saatgut (Früchte, Knollen, Körner) und Pflanzenstecklingen zum Schutz von Pilzinfektionen sowie gegen im Erdboden auftretende phytopathogene
Pilze eingesetzt werden.
Die Erfindung betrifft somit ferner die Verwendung der Verbindungen
der Formel I zur Bekämpfung phytopathogener Mikroorganismen bzw. zur
präventiven Verhütung eines Befalls an Pflanzen.
Wirkstoffe der Formel I können gleichzeitig oder nacheinander mit weiteren Wirkstoffen auf die zu behandelnde Fläche oder Pflanze gegeben
werden. Diese Wirkstoffe können sowohl Düngemittel, Spurenelement-Vermittler
oder andere das Pflanzenwachstum beeinflussende Präparate
sein. Es können aber auch selektive Herbizide, Insektizide, Fungizide, Bakterizide, Nematozide, Molluskizide oder Gemische mehrerer dieser
Präparate sein, zusammen mit gegebenenfalls weiteren in der Formulierungstechnik
üblichen Trägerstoffen, Tensiden oder anderen applikationsfördernden Zusätzen.
Geeignete Träger und Zusätze können fest oder flüssig sein und entsprechen
den in der Formulierungstechnik zweckdienlichen Stoffen, wie z.3. natürlichen oder regenerierten mineralischen Stoffen, Lösungs-, Dispergier-,
Netz-, Haft-, Verdickungs-, Binde- oder Düngemitteln.
Der Gehalt an Wirkstoff in handelsfähigen Mitteln liegt zwischen 0,01
bis 90 Gewichtsprozent, der Gehalt an Zuschlagstoffen 10 bis 99,99 Gewichtsprozent, wobei sich im allgemeinen unter den Zuschlagstoffen
0 bis 30 Gewichtsprozent eines Tensides befinden.
Bevorzugt werden mikrobizide Mittel mit einem Wirkstoffgehalt von 1 bis
80 Gewichtsprozent. Anwendungskonzentrationen können bis zu 0,001% verdünnt sein.
Die Erfindung umfasst auch Mittel, die als mindestens eine Aktivsubstanz
eine Verbindung der Formel I enthalten, sowie die Verwendung der Mittel zur Bekämpfung und/oder Verhütung eines Befalls von Mikroorganismen.
Darüberhinaus schliesst die vorliegende Erfindung auch die Herstellung der Mittel ein, die gekennzeichnet ist durch das innige
Vermischen der Aktiv sub stanz., mit einer oder mehreren hierin beschriebenen
Substanzen bzw. Substanzgruppen. Eingeschlossen ist auch ein Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Mikroorganismen, das sich durch Applikation
der Verbindungen der Formel I bzw. der neuen Mittel auszeichnet.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele dienen zur näheren Erläuterung der Erfindung,
ohne dieselbe einzuschränken. Die Temperaturen sind in Celsiusgraden angegeben. Prozente und Teile beziehen sich auf Gewicht.
Sofern nicht anders vermerkt, ist bei der Nennung eines Wirkstoffes der Formel I stets das Isomeren-Gemisch gemeint, h steht für Stunde.

filtriert, das Filtrat in 1,3 Liter Wasser gegossen und mit Methylenchlorid
extrahiert. Die vereinigten Extrakte werden mit Wasser gewachen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, filtriert und das Lösungsmittel
-2 im Vakuum entfernt. Sdp. 9O-92°C bei 7· IO mbar.
b) Herstellung des Zwischenproduktes

Zu einer Lösung von 0,3 Mol des unter a) hergestellten -3-[N-(2,3,6-Trimethylphenyl)-amino]-2-butanon
und 0,36 Mol Triethylamin in 220 ml Toluol lässt man innerhalb von 15 Min. 0,36 Mol Methoxyessigsäurechlorid,
gelöst in 20 ml wasserfreiem Toluol, zutropfen. Dabei
steigt die Temperatur auf ca. 550C an. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird noch
2 h bei Raumtemperatur weitergerührt, filtriert, das Filtrat mit 2%iger Chlorwasserstoffsäure, mit Wasser und mit 2%iger Natriumcarbonatlösung
gewaschen und über Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nach Enffernen des Lösungsmittels im Vakuum erhält man ein hellgelbes OeI,
nj5: 1.5243.
c) Herstellung des Endproduktes
0,3 Mol des nach b) hergestellten 3-[N-(2,3,6-Trimethylphenyl)-NT'-methoxyacetyl-amino]-2-butanon
und 0,3 Mol Hydroxylammoniumchlorid werden in einem Gemisch aus 120 ml Methanol und 100 ml Wasser gelöst.

Durch portionenweise Zugabe von Soda wird der pH-Wert der Mischung
bei 4 gehalten. Nach 10-stündiger Reaktionszeit wird die Lösung mit
600 ml Wasser versetzt und mit Diethylether extrahiert. Die vereinigten Extrakte werden über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und eingeengt. Der
ölige Rückstand wird mit Petrolether/Diethylether zur Kristallisation
gebracht. Man erhält weisse "Kristalle vom Smp. 113-1210C.

Zur Applikation können die Verbindungen der Formel I in den folgenden
Aufarbeitungsformen vorliegen.
Beispiel 7: Feste Aufarbeitungsformen
Stäube- und Streumittel enthalten im allgemeinen bis zu 96 % des Wirkstoffes.
Ein 5 %iges Stäubemittel kann beispielsweise aus 5 Teilen des Wirkstoffs und 95 Teilen eines Zuschlagstoffes wie Talkum bestehen
oder aus 5 Teilen Wirkstoff, 1 Teil hochdisperser Kieselsäure und 94 Teilen Talkum.
Granulate wie Umhüllungsgranulate, Imprägniergranulate, Homogengranulate
und Pellets[=Körner] enthalten üblicherweise 1 bis 80 % des Wirkstoffs.
So kann sich ein 5 %iges Granulat z.B. aus 5 Teilen des Wirkstoffs,
0,25 Teilen epoxidiertem Pflanzenöl, 0,25 Teilen Cetylpolyglykolether, 3,50 Teilen Polyethylenglykol und 91 Teilen Kaolin (bevorzugte
Korngrösse 0,3-0,8 mm) zusammensetzen.
Beispiel 8; Flüssige Äufarbeitungsformen
Man unterscheidet im allgemeinen zwischen Wirkstoffkonzentraten, die
in Wasser dispergierbar oder löslich sind und Aerosolen. Zu den in
Wasser dispergierbaren Wirkstoffkonzentraten zählen z.B. Spritzpulver
(wettable powders) und Pasten, die üblicherweise in den Handelspackungen 25-90 % und in gebrauchsfertigen Lösungen 0,01 bis 15 % des Wirkstoffs
enthalten. Emulsionskonzentrate enthalten 10 bis 50 % und '
Lösungskonzentrate enthalten in der gebrauchsfertigen Lösung 0,0001 bis 20 % Aktivsubstanz. Die Herstellung eines 25 %igen Spritzpulvers
kann auf unterschiedliche Art erfolgen. So kann dieses sich z.B. zusammensetzen aus: 25 Teilen der Aktivsubstanz, 4,5 Teilen Calcium-Ligninsulfonat,
1,9 Teilen Kreide, [z.B. Champagne-Kreide]/Hydroxyethyl—
cellulose-Gemisch (1:1), 1,5 Teilen Natrium-Dibutylnaphthylsulfonat, 19,5 Teilen Kieselsäure, 19,5 Teilen Kreide, [z.B. Champagne-Kreide]
und 28,1 Teilen Kaolin. Kin 10 Zißea Spritzpulver IHhsc sich
z.B. herstellen aus 10 Teilen des Wirkstoffes, 3 Teilen eines Gemi-

sehes aus Natriumsalzen von gesättigten Fettalkoholsulfonaten, 5 Teilen
Naphthalinsulfonsäure/Formaldehyd-Kondensat und 82 Teilen Kaolin. Ein
25 %iges Emulsions-Konzentrat kann z.B. folgende emulgierbare Stoffe enthalten: 25 Teile des Wirkstoffs, 2,5 Teile epoxidiertes Pflanzenöl,
10 Teile eines Alkylarylsulfonat/Fettalkoholpolyglykolether-Gemisches,
5 Teile Dimethylformamid und 57,5 Teile Xylol.
Aus solchen Konzentraten können durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Emulsionen
der gewünschten Anwendungskonzentration hergestellt werden, die besonders
zur Blattapplikation geeignet sind.
Die in den nachfolgenden Beispielen verwendeten Spritzbrühen wurden,
wie oben beschrieben, formuliert.
Beispiel 9: Wirkung gegen Phytophthora infestans auf Tomatenpflanzen
a) Residual-protektive Wirkung
Tomatenpflanzen wurden nach 3-wöchiger Anzucht mit einer aus Spritzpulver
des Wirkstoffes hergestellten Spritzbrühe (0,06% Aktivsubstanz) besprüht. Nach 24 Stunden wurden die behandelten Pflanzen mit einer
Sporangiensuspension des Pilzes infiziert. Die Beurteilung des Pilzbefalls
erfolgte nach einer Inkubation der infizierten Pflanzen während 5 Tagen bei 90-100% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit und 200C.
Im Vergleich zu unbehandelten Kontrollpflanzen (100% Befall) zeigten
Pflanzen, die mit einer der Verbindung Nr.1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.10, 1.11,
1.20, 2.21, 2.94, 6.3, 6.15, 6.16, 6.20 und 6.28 behandelt waren, weniger als 10 % Befall.
b) Systemische Wirkung
Zu Tomatenpflanzen wurde nach 3-wöchiger Anzucht eine aus Spritzpulver
des Wirkstoffes hergestellte Spritzbrühe gegossen (0,06% Aktivsubstanz
bezogen auf das Erdvolumen). Es wurde dabei darauf geachtet, dass die Spritzbrühe nicht mit den oberirdischen Pflanzenteilen in Berührung
kam. Nach 48 Stunden wurden die behandelten Pflanzen mit einer

Sporangiensuspension des Pilzes infiziert. Die Beurteilung des Pilzbefalls,
erfolgte nach einer Inkubation der infizierten Pflanzen während 5 Tagen bei 90-100% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit und 2O0C.
Unter anderen, zeigten in obigem Versuch die Verbindungen Nr. 1.1,
1.2, 1.3, 1.10, 1.11, 1.20, 6.3, 6.15, 6.16, 6.20 und 6.28 eine sehr gute systemische Wirkung. Gegenüber unbehandelten Kontrollpflanzen
(100% Befall) bewirkten diese Verbindungen eine fast vollständige Unterdrückung des Pilzbefalls (0 bis 5%).
Beispiel 10: Wirkung gegen Pythium debaryanum auf Rüben;
a) Wirkung nach Bodenapplikation
Der Pilz wurde auf Karottenschnitzel-Nährlösung kultiviert und einer
Erde-Sand-Mischung beigegeben. Die so infizierte Erde wurde in Blumentöpfe abgefüllt und mit Zuckerrübensamen besät. Gleich nach der Aussaat
wurden die als Spritzpulver formulierten Versuchspräparate als wässrige Suspensionen über die Erde gegossen (20 ppm einer der Verbindungen
aus den Tabellen 1 bis 6 bezogen auf das Erdvolumen). Die Töpfe
wurden darauf während 2-3 Wochen im Gewächshaus bei ca. 200C aufgestellt.
Die Erde wurde dabei durch leichtes Ueberbrausen stets gleichmassig
feucht gehalten. Bei der Auswertung des Tests wurde der Auflauf der Zuckerrübenpflanzen sowie der Anteil gesunder und kranker Pflanzen
bestimmt.
B) Wirkung nach Beizapplikation
Der Pilz wurde auf Karottenschnitzel-Nährlösung kultiviert und einer
Erde-Sand-Mischung beigegeben. Die so infizierte Erde wurde in Erdschalen abgefüllt und mit Zuckerrübensamen besät, die mit den als
Beizpulver formulierten Versuchspräparaten gebeizt worden waren (0,06% einer der Verbindungen aus den Tabellen ).
Die besäten Töpfe wurden während 2-3 Wochen im Gewächshaus bei ca.
200C aufgestellt. Die Erde wurde dabei durch leichtes Ueberbrausen
stets gleichmässig feucht gehalten. Bei der Auswertung wurde der Auf-

lauf der Zuckerrübenpflanzen bestimmt. Die Verbindungen Nr. 1.3, 1.11,
1.20, 6.3 und 6.16 zeigten in beiden Versuchen a) und b) gegen Pythium-Erreger (über 90 % aufgelaufene Pflanzen) volle Wirkung. Die Pflanzen
hatten ein gesundes Aussehen. Eine gleich gute Wirkung wurde bei analogen
Versuchen gegen Pythium-Erreger auf Mais erzielt. Die übrigen geprüften Verbindungen der Formel I zeigten Auflaufraten von 80-90 %.
Residual-protektive Wirkung 10-15 cm hohe Erdnusspflanzen wurden mit
einer aus Spritzpulver der Wirksubstanz hergestellten Spritzbrühe (0,02% Aktivsubstanz besprüht und 48 Stunden später mit einer Konidiensuspension
des Pilzes infiziert. Die infizierten Pflanzen wurden
während 72 Stunden bei ca. 210C und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit inkubiert
und anschliessend bis zum Auftreten der typischen Blattflecken in einem Gewächshaus aufgestellt. Die Beurteilung der fungiziden Wirkung
erfolgte 12 Tage nach der Infektion basierend auf Anzahl und Grosse
der auftretenden Flecken.
Erdnusspflanzen, die mit Spritzbrühen behandelt worden sind, die als
Aktivsubstanz eine der Verbindungen aus den Tabellen L, 2 oder 3 enthielten , zeigten im Vergleich zu unbehandelten Kontrollpflanzen (100%
Befall) eine deutliche Reduktion des Cercospora-Befalls.

Verbindungen der Formel I nach Anspruch 1, worin Ar für eine gleichartig oder verschieden durch Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Ethyl, Methoxymethyl, Methoxy, Nitro oder Amino substituierte Phenyl- oder a-Naphthylsteht; R Wasserstoff, Methyl oder Methoxy bedeutet; R-für Wasserstoff, C -C -Alkyl oder Phenyl steht und R, und R, die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen haben.
- 4. Verbindungen der Formel I nach Anspruch 1, worin Ar für eine gleichartig oder verschieden durch Methyl, Methoxy, Nitro oder Amino substituierte Phenyl- oder Naphthylgruppc steht und R , R„-, R und R. die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen haben.
- 5. Verbindungen der Formel I nach Anspruch 1, worin Ar für eine gleichartig oder verschieden durch Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Methoxy,-A -3Nitro oder Amino substituierte Phenylgruppe steht; R Wasserstoff oder Methyl; R Wasserstoff, G -C -Alkyl oder Phenyl bedeutet, R für eine der Gruppen Sulfamoyl, -COR- oder -COXR, steht; wobei R_ für C -C^-Alkyl oder Benzyl, R, für C -C -Alkyl und X für Sauerstoff oder Schwefel stehen und R, die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen hat.
- 6. Eine Verbindung der Formel I nach Anspruch 1, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe:
3-[N-(2,6-Dimethylphenyl)-N-methoxyacetyl-amino]-2-butanon-oxim, 3-[N-(2,3,6-Trimethylphenyl)-N-methoxyacetyl-aiiiino]-2-butanon-oxim 2-[N-(2,3-Dimethylnaphthyl)-N-methoxyacetyl-amino]-propionaldehyd-0-acetal-oxim oder2-[N-(2,3,6-Trimethylphenyl)-N-methoxyacetyl-amino]-propionaldehydoxim. - 7. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbindungen der Formel I nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel VI,R, CO-N (Ar)-CH (R.)-W (VI) .4 1worin W für eine der Gruppen0 OR'Il 1-C-R- oder ~9~8·9 steht, R1 0R'Zeinen aliphatischen Substituenten repräsentiert, mit einem gegebenenfalls substituierten Hydroxylaminderivat oder einem seiner Säureadditionssalze der Formel VIIχ (Säure) (VII)umsetzt, oder indem man eine Verbindung der Formel VI mit Amidosulfon säure reagieren lässt und das gebildete Kondensationsprodukt auf übliche Art zu einem freien Oxim der Formel Ia R4CO-N (Ar)-CH (R1^)-C(R2J=NOH (Ia)hydrolysiert und ein freies Oxim Ia, sofern gewünscht, auf an sich bekannte Weise an der NOH-Gruppe zu weiteren Produkten der Formel I verethert, acyliert, carboxyliert oder carbamoyliert, wobei dieSubstituenten R , R„, R,, R, und Ar die unter Formel I angegebenen Bedeutungen haben und der Begriff Säure für eine organische oder anorganische Säure steht.
- 8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reaktionstemperaturen zwischen 0° und +180°C liegen.
- 9. Mittel zur Bekämpfung und/oder Verhütung eines Befalls von schädlichen Mikroorganismen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als mindestens eine aktive Komponente einen Wirkstoff der Formel I nach Anspruch enthält.
- 10. Mittel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Aktivsubstanz eine der Verbindungen der Formel I gemäss Anspruch enthält.
- 11. Mittel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Aktivsubstanz eine der Verbindungen der Formel I gemäss Anspruch enthält.
- 12. Verwendung von Verbindungen der Formel I nach Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung und/oder Verhütung eines Befalls von phytopathogenen Mikroorganismen.
- 13. Verwendung von Verbindungen der Formel I nach Anspruch 2 zur Bekämpfung und/oder Verhütung eines Befalls von phytopathogenen Mikroorganismen.
- 14. Verwendung von Verbindungen der Formel I nach Anspruch 5 zur Bekämpfung und/oder Verhütung eines Befalls von phytopathogenen Mikroorganismen.FO 7.5 PK/jt*/eg*
