Abstract

Description d'un organe d'enregistrement dans lequel une pellicule mince en alliage de bismuth-antimoine contenant de l'antimoine comme composant indispensable est déposée sur un substrat prédéterminé La teneur en Sb de la pellicule se situe entre 1 et 15 % inclusivement, en termes du pourcentage atomique moyen De préférence, la teneur en Sb doit avoir sa valeur moyenne maintenue dans l'intervalle donné, et elle augmente graduellement dans la direction de l'épaisseur de la pellicule de sorte que dans la partie voisine du substrat et/ou de la surface avant de la pellicule, la teneur maximum puisse se situer dans un intervalle égal à trois fois au plus la teneur moyenne de l'autre partie de la pellicule.
