  1. 안티몬, 게르마늄, 및 주석의 3원 조성도의 다각형 내에 조성물을 갖는 합금으로 된 1회 기록 비결정성 박막 광학 기록층을 포함하는 기록 소자에 있어서,
    a) 상기 3원 조성도가
    b) 상기 다각형이
    와 같은 정점들과 원자 퍼센트로 나타낸 해당좌표를 갖는, 1회 기록 박막 합금층을 포함하는 기록소자.
