Abstract

On décrit des copolymères de monomères oléfiniques ayant 2 à environ 4 atomes de carbone et d'anhydrides polycarboxyliques à insaturation en alpha , beta ayant 4 à environ 6 atomes de carbone, à poids moléculaire moyen d'environ 300 à environ 1 500, et dont on a constitué des dérivés pour qu'ils contiennent une fonction semi-amide, semi-sel formé de carboxylate et une fonction imide, cette fonction imide formant environ 5 % à environ 40 % de cette fonction dérivée; ces copolymères sont utiles pour la conduite de la thérapie des tumeurs, afin d'empêcher la récurrence de tumeurs ou le développement de metastases par un mécanisme immunorégulateur.
