Abstract
On prépare la vindésine par transformation du carbohydrazide en E-3 de la 4-désacetylVLB en azide correspondant à l'aide d'un nitrite, comme le nitrite de n-butyle, dans le THF, puis en faisant réagir l'azide ainsi formé avec une tri(akyl ou aryl)phosphine pour former un acyliminophosphorane intermédiaire que l'on décompose par un acide pour obtenir une vindésine de pureté élevée avec un bon rendement.
