Abstract

a. L'invention concerne un produit médicamenteux nouveau ainsi qu'un procédé pour la fabrication de ce produit. b. Le produit est constitué par le 2-phényl-2-carboxyéthyl-1-(p-chlorobenzoyl)-5-méthoxy-3-indolylacétate, que l'on peut fabriquer, en particulier en faisant réagir l'acide 1-(p-chlorobenzoyl)-5-méthoxy-2-méthyl-3-indolylacétique ou un de ses dérivés avec l'acide tropique. c. Ce produit présente une bonne activité anti-inflammatoire et une très faible toxicité.
