Abstract
Le procédé de fabrication des zéolithes A, X, A et X, de silicate alumino sodium par réaction d'aluminate de sodium et de silicate de sodium est caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : formation d'une solution aqueuse d'aluminate de sodium; formation d'une solution aqueuse de silicate de sodium; réaction des solutions précédentes à une température de 40 à 120 degrés C; mélange réactif ayant les rapports de masse suivants : 1) eau/oxyde de sodium 10 : 1 à 35 : 1, 2) oxyde de sodium/silice 1 : 1 à 4 : 1, 3) silice/alumine 1 : 1 à 10 : 1, la réaction étant poursuivie avec contrôle de ces rapports et de sa durée afin d'obtenir une zéolite ayant un diamètre moyen de particule inférieur à 2 microns.
