Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de glucose-isomérase. Le procédé consiste à cultiver un micro-organisme hôte disposant d'un véhicule convenable renfermant un gène relatif à la glucose-isomérase. Le procédé de l'invention permet d'obtenir un grand rendement en glucose-isomérase, enzyme apprécié pour la production de fructose.
