Abstract

Procédé de préparation de bouillons de fermentation contenant des antibiotiques du type aminoglucoside par la recombinaison génétique in vivo de souches productrices d'antibiotique à matériel génétique modifié, procédé caractérisé par le fait qu'après une préculture dans un milieu nutritif contenant du saccharose et des ions calcium et magnésium, on forme des protoplastes que l'on fusionne alors et que l'on régénère. On isole les souches à matériel gnétrique modifié, on vérifie leur capacité de production d'antibiotique, on sélectionne les souches à productivité modifiée et on les cultive. Le procédé selon l'invention convient pour modifier qualitativement et quantitativement la productivité d'antibiotique d'une souche.
