Abstract

Ce dispositif de dosage comprend une racle de prédosage 4 qui enlève de la surface du rouleau encolleur 1 la majeure partie de la colle excédentaire, avec les impuretés et les grumeaux, et une racle 5 de dosage fin, qui, étant soulagée de l'action (pression dynamique et effet de coin) de la majeure partie de l'excédent, peut être réglée avec précision sur une fente de passage de la colle de largeur plus réduite et plus uniforme. Cette racle 5 est de préférence perpendiculaire à la surface du rouleau de manière que son réglage ne soit pas influencé par la contre-pression de la colle qu'elle retient. Cette disposition perpendiculaire peut permettre de se dispenser de la racle de predosage 4.
