Abstract

The head rest is for a vehicle seat and has a mobile frame, supporting padding (1), which pivots on an arm fixed permanently or removably to the back of the seat (9). The mobile frame has a guide tube (3) containing a screw (18) connected to an operating button and engaged with a bolt which can slide in the tube. The extremities of the tube are joined to two levers (4) pivoting on the uprights (5) which are joined by a cross bar (10) on which a small rod (12) pivots. The other extremity of this is connected to the bolt.
