Abstract
A base (4) is coupled to the end of a tube fixed in the open upper end of a tube forming part of the bicycle frame. A plate (3) supports two longitudinal members (2) of the saddle frame. These are fixed by a strap between the plate and the base, with a variable angle. The plate has two parts, movable longitudinally between two extreme positions. The upper one (3a) supports the strap and the lower (3b) is fixed to the base at the desired angle. The base of the base plate has a longitudinal recess.
