Abstract

PURPOSE:To insert and fix a stay readily and strongly in a frame at an adjustable inclination angle and an adjustable inserting length by a method wherein a supporting device is prepared for the bottom part of the stay. CONSTITUTION:A hollow split mold 1, 1 for forming is opened and the upper end part of a stay 2 composed of metallic material is set in the hollow part of this die. Both supporting device 10 for the bottom part of the stay 2 and angle adjusting device 20 are arranged in order to adjust an inclination angle of the stay 2 and the inserting amount to the hollow part of the die. A supporting part 12 is mounted on the frame 11 of the supporting device 10 so that it can slide and the bottom part of the stay 2 is inserted and supported in the groove 14 of a moving piece 13 which can move in a direction rectangular to the sliding direction of the supporting part 12. The inclination angle is adjusted as the supporting part 12 slides through a piston 15 when the front part of the angle adjusting device 20 is pushed, while the inserted length is adjusted by the slide of the moving piece 13.
