Abstract
The frame comprises a U-shaped horizontal bar (2) with sliding pads (30), and a horizontal curved portion (4) to be gripped by the hands of the cripple, joined by vertical columns (5-8) to the bar. The columns are telescopic, means being included (18) for locking them at any desired height. The dimensions of the bar can be greater than those of the curved portion, the columns each being fixed at one end to its arms, while its central part is in two sections sliding in relation to each other. The columns can be formed by tubes fixed to the curved portion, with tapped holes in them for locking screws acting against rods on the bar sliding in the tubes.
