Abstract

Transmission de signaux binaires. Pour transmettre des images on procède à un codage par lignes Lv , Lc de l'image dans un système de codage successif bidimensionnel en évitant la redondance d'un signal image en mettant en oeuvre seulement un faible nombre de mémoires et des moyens réduisant le nombre de bits à émettre. Codage d'image en système binaire pour la transmission des images d'une façon compatible avec les normes intemationales CCITT tout en réduisant les temps de transmission.
