Abstract

a. Dispositif permettant la confection rapide et simple de hot-dog, par un ensemble de manipulations simples et intégrées au même système, sans avoir à contrôler les températures et les temps de chauffage, et sans ustensile annexe (casseroles, couteau). b. Il comprend un bac 1 dans lequel se trouve une résistance électrique 2. Un coude 3 conduit la vapeur produite par l'ébullition de l'eau dans la pointe creuse 4. Une grille 5 évite aux saucisses de plonger dans l'eau, et sont donc cuites à la vapeur. Un thermostat 7 coupe le courant électrique dans le cas de manque d'eau dans le bac 1. Un couvercle 6 empêche la vapeur de s'échapper et produit une pression faible permettant à la vapeur de pénétrer dans la pointe creuse. c. L'invention peut être utilisée pour la confection de hot-dog ainsi qu'à la cuisson par vapeur de saucisses coktaiL
