Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un registre à décalage de très faible consommation. Chaque chaînon du registre est constitué de deux demi-chaînons comportant chacun : - une structure MOS T1 -T' 1 qui possède deux électrodes principales Z00 , Z1 formant respectivement l'entrée Zoo et la sortie Z1 du demi-chaînon, et deux électrodes de commande k1 , k'1 dont l'une k1 peut être reliée à une source de polarisation P et dont l'autre k' 1 est connectée à l'électrode de sortie Z1 ; et - un condensateur C1 dont une armature Z 1 est connectée à ladite électrode de sortie Z1 et dont l'autre armature C1 est destinée à recevoir l'un de deux signaux périodiques diamétre 1 t et diamétre 2 t en opposition de phase. Application notamment dans la réalisation d'un circuit diviseur de fréquence.
