Abstract

Dans un défricheur classique par ailleurs, les lots de bois sont introduits dans la chambre de défrichage 3 par une chambre d'alimentation 6 munie de volets 14, 15 étanche à la pression que l'on ouvre et que l'on ferme successivement. Quand le volet 15 est ouvert, on introduit le bois dans la chambre d'alimentation puis on ferme le volet 15 et on ouvre le volet 14 pour faire tomber le bois dans la chambre de défibrage 3. Des vannes 18, 20 permettent de mettre la chambre d'alimentation à la pression atmosphérique ou à la pression de la chambre de defibrage. La pâte mécanique est déchargée de la chambre de défibrage par l'intermédiaire d'un sas à pression 22a constitué par la pâte mécanique elle-même. Application au défibrage en continu sous pression.
