Abstract

L'invention concerne la protection des diodes de puissance contre les surtensions de courte durée apparaissant à la mise sous tension et au moment de l'arrêt. Elle consiste à connecter en parallèle et dans le même sens que la diode à protéger une diode dé faible puissance dont la tension d'avalanche est proche de la tension nominale de la diode à protéger. L'invention est applicable aux diodes de redressement d'alimentations en tension continue.
