Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The following units are provided: 1st resistance element R1 installed between the voltage terminals (+V, -V); the serial circuit of transistor Q1 connected to the diode; transistor Q2 which is driven by the diode forward voltage; and 2nd resistance element R2 which features nearly the same temperature coefficient with element R1 and is connected to the emitter of Q2. And the value of 1st and 2nd resistance elements R1 and R2 are set so that the collector current of the transistor may be constant to the temperature change.
