Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure the constant temperature compensation at all times irrespective of the set position of the variable resistance and with a simple constitution of the circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Diodes D10 and D11 are connected in series to Zener diode ZD as the temperature compensator. Diodes D10 and D11 feature nearly the same temperature coefficient as diodes D4∼D9. The voltage applied to variable resistance VR1 features the sum of Vi and voltage drop Vd of diodes D4 and D5, and also shifts by ΔVd in accordance with the temperature change. Accordingly, the constant temperature compensation is possible regardless of the change of the division ratio of resistance VR1, thus obtaining the fixed output voltage regardless of the temperature change.
