Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a differential detector circuit which is stable to the temperature variation by forming the necessary two units of the transistor Tr into the same constitution and setting the ratio of 1 : 2 for the necessary two units of the resistance for the constant current source circuit, the differential circuit and the circuit to detect the output. CONSTITUTION:The same constitution is secured between TrT9 used as the bias source of the constant current source circuit and TrT11 to detect the output of the differential circuit, and the ratio of 1 : 2 is obtained between resistance R7 which decides the current value of the constant current source circuit and resistance R8 which is connected to the collector of TrT6 constituting the differential circuit. Thus, Vd Vcc-VBE[T9] is satisfied, where Vd is the collector voltage of TrT6, VBE[T9] is the base-emitter voltage of TrT9 respectively. This means the same switching voltage as TrT11 with the same constitution as TrT11 and T9, and thus the waveform shaping is possible at the point of the zero-cross at all times regardless of the temperature change. As a result, the azimuth wave output of duty 50-50 can be obtained irrespective of the temperature change.
