Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid the voltage comparison error due to power supply voltage variance with a simple constitution, by the combination of differential amplifier, Zener diode and voltage dividing resistors.
CONSTITUTION: A Zener diode 23 is connected in parallel with resistors 21, 22 in series connection, and the potential difference between both the ends 32, 33 of resistors 21, 22 is always constant even with the power supply B in voltage variance. Further, the resistance value of resistors 21, 22 is constant and the voltage across the resistors 21, 22 is also constant at all times independently of the variance of the power supply B. Accordingly, the reference voltage of the differential amplifier 26, that is, the potential at the connection point 25 between the resistors 21 and 22, is changed by ΔB to the same direction as the variance of power supply voltage in ΔB. With this operation, the output 31 of the amplifier 26 is without any error.
