Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce measuring errors by introducing reference voltage setting and leadwire effect cancelling arithmetic amplifier circuits.
CONSTITUTION: The first arithmetic amplifier 11, having a temperature measuring element 13 connected to leadwires 17 and 18 of a feedback circuit, which is reversely driven by way of a DC constant voltage source 6a and a resistance 12 generates a voltage according to resistance changes of the element 13 due to temperature. On the other hand, a voltage via a resistance 14 the same as a resistance 12 with a power source 6b identical to the power source 6a and a voltage with a resistance 15 corresponding to a reference temperature resistance value such as zero of the element 13 of the leadwire 16 connected to the element 13 are applied to an arithmetic amplifier 19. When the resistances of the leadwires 16W18 are selected to be the same, the feedback resistances are so equal between the leadwires 17 and 18 and 16 and 17 that the output difference of the amplifiers 11, 19 connected in series provides a temperature measuring voltage from which the effect of the leadwires 16W18 is cancelled. This a temperature measurement can be done with limited errors. Therefore, a temperature measuring voltage can become linear using a resistance, a diode or the like.
