When a value of the resistor 8 is set so that a value of K/G.VR (where; G is the amplification factor of an amplifier) is applied to a termial 3, an output of KVR due to the ripple voltage mixed in an amplifying circuit 4 and an output as -KVR due to the ripple voltage at the terminal 3 can be cancelled with each other.
