Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize temperature variation at a low voltage lower than a fixed value and voltage variation by employing the constitution of a reference voltage generating circuit using an operational amplifier and diode and a differential amplifier for temperature compensation.
CONSTITUTION: An input voltage between input terminals 10 and 10' is stabilized by diode D1 and resistance R1 and then applied to the non-inversion terminal of operational amplifier 12, the output of which is stabilized by the direct-current circuit composed of diode D2 and resistance R3. This stabilized voltage is applied through diode D2 to amplifier 12, so that a stabilized reference voltage will be developed at the output side of amplifier 12. The output of this amplifier 12 is applied to non-inversion terminal of differential amplifier 14 through resistance R4 and the voltage through diode D2 is applied to the inversion terminal of amplifier 14 via resistance R5; and the output of amplifier 14 is fed back to the inversion terminal and the temperature compensation of the reference voltage is done by amplifier 14 to output the reference voltage to output terminals 16 and 16' through diode D3.
