Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit a constant current output, which is steady and stable irrespective of temperature changes, can be obtained by providing a temperature compensation circuit between the output of an amplifier and first and second constant current circuits.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature compensation circuit 7 is connected between the output of an amplifier 3 furnished with power from a constant voltage source 1 and the input side of first and second constant current circuits 4 and 5. A change of the potential difference (V2 - V1) between the input voltages V1 and V2 to the first and second constant current circuits 4 and 5 with a temperature change is compensated for by adjusting a variable resistor RV. A change of the output current I2 with a change of the output current I1 due to a temperature change is compensated for by a change of the output current I2 with a change of the potential difference (V2 - V1) with a temperature change, so that it is possible to stabilize the output current I2 irrespective of temperature changes to permit a stable constant current output to be obtained.
