Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of a switch circuit due to leakage current of the output of a comparator, by constituting one of two reference voltage sources with a constant voltage element and a constant current source which supplies the operating current to this element, and connecting the input of a current inversion circuit in series with the constant voltage element. CONSTITUTION:To two inputs 20, 13 of a comparator 5 consisting of transistors 1 and 2 driven with a constant current source 4, the 1st and 2nd reference voltage supplies 23 and 12 are respectively connected. Further, the 2nd reference voltage source 12 consists of a constant voltate circuit 8 and a constant current source 9 which supplies operating current to the circuit 8. The collector of a transistor 25 of the circuit 8 is connected to the base of a transistor 26 of a current absorbing circuit 27, and the collector of the transistor 26 is connected to the connection point between the output terminal 17 of a current inversion circuit 16 and the base of a transistor 18 being the switch of a load circuit. Further, the collector current of the transistor 25 absorbs the leakage current produced at the current circuit 16.
