Abstract
a. L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un corps moulé en matière céramique, par exemple en nitrure de silicium ou en carbure de silicium, du type selon lequel on comprime le corps moulé disposé dans une capsule sous vide en verre résistant aux températures élevées, à l'aide d'une pression agissant sur lui de tous côtés jusqu'à ce qu'il ne presente plus de pores. b. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on dépose, sur le corps moulé, les matières composantes de la capsule en verre, à l'état non vitrifié, et on les soumet sous vide à leur température de réaction jusqu'à la formation d'une couche de verre continue enfermant le corps moulé et constituant la capsule. c. L'invention est applicable à la fabrication des corps moulés de résistance élevée.
