Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pièces moulées, en particules de fibres de bois et placage de bois, présentant des reliefs complexes, et une piece moulée obtenue par application du procédé. Pièce moulée caractérisée en ce qu'elle est essentiellement constituée par une feuille de placage intermédiaire entourée d'une couche de mélange de particules de bois grossières, nettoyées de la poussière et séchées, et de colle ou de résine, par deux couches de sciure fine, également nettoyée et séchée, mélangée avec de la colle ou de la résine, ces deux couches prenant la première en sandwich, et par deux feuilles de placage appliquées sur les couches de sciure de bois, l'une au moins des deux feuilles, à savoir celle présentant des reliefs, étant munie, lors du moulage final d'une feuille de papier kraft. L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable dans le domaine de la fabrication industrielle de meubles, dans la décoration et le bâtiment
