Abstract

Procédé de blanchiment et de désencollage de matières textiles contenant de la cellulose et encollées avec de l'amidon, par désencollage enzymatique usuel et traitement subséquent avec du peroxyde d'hydrogène, en présence des adjuvants courants. On ajoute au bain de désencollage, outre la quantité usuelle d'amylase et, le cas échéant, d'autres composants courants : a. 0,1 à 10 % de dithionite de sodium; b. 0,2 à 10 % d'un formateur de complexe de métaux lourds, du type des acides aminopolycarboxyliques et de leurs sels, des polyphosphates ou des acides phosphoniques et de leurs sels; et c. 0,05 à 5 % d'un mélange tampon apte à maintenir le pH du bain de désencollage reglé à une valeur comprise entre 6 et 9, les pourcentages précités se rapportant au poids des textiles, et l'on utilise, lors du blanchiment subséquent aux peroxydes, tout au plus 5 cm**3 de silicate alcalin à 38 degrés B, par litre de bain de blanchiment
