Abstract

Un assemblage photorécepteur pour électrophotographie par transfert de charge comporte un photoconducteur et un substrat conducteur entre lesquels est interposé un semi-conducteur pour éviter des phénomènes de claquage perforant. Le semi-conducteur et le photoconducteur sont constitués à partir de la même matrice par une variation de la charge, par exemple du sulfure de cadmium.
