Abstract

L'invention concerne la technique des faisceaux électroniques. L'ensemble cathodique faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type comprenant une cathode discoïde 1 fixée dans la tubulure en forme de gobelet d'un support 2, et une cathode de chauffage 13 montée dans une pièce d'amenée de courant au voisinage de la cathode discoïde, et est caractérisé en ce que le fond de ladite tubulure, sur lequel est placée la cathode discoïde, comporte un trou central 3, et que dans la paroi latérale intérieure de ladite tubulure est ménagé un évidement conique 5 allant en s'élargissant vers la cathode discoïde 1 et dans lequel est disposé un anneau fendu 6 en matériau réfractaire pour le serrage de la cathode discoïde 1 contre le fond 4 de la tubulure du support 2. L'invention permet notamment d'améliorer la stabilité et la reproductibilité de la géométrie de l'optique électronique de l'ensemble cathodique, ainsi qu'une élévation des qualités économiques de la cathode chauffée par bombardement électronique.
