Abstract

L'invention concerne la préparation de réactif de latex destiné à l'analyse quantitative de divers stéroides hormonaux ou de leurs métabolites chez l'homme. Les réactifs comprennent des particules de latex qui sont sensibilisées au point de vue immunologique à l'aide d'un produit conjugué stéroïde/sérum-albumine dans lequel le stéroïde à détecter est lié à la sérum-albumine dans un rapport très faible compris entre 0,5 à 7 molécules par molécule de sérum-albumine utilisée. Les réactifs de latex ainsi obtenus présentent une très grande sensibilité.
