a. Accélérateur pour une triple valve d'installations de freinage à air comprimé. b. A un premier piston 45 est accouplé un second piston 53 qui est chargé, au moins lorsqu'une soupape d'accélération 9, 14 est ouverte, à la pression de la conduite principale, en direction de la fermeture d'une soupape de contrôle 50 et à l'encontre de la pression qui règne dans une chambre 52 qui est susceptible d'être alimentée en air comprimé provenant de la conduite principale, par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape de retenue 57 qui s'ouvre dans cette direction de l'écoulement, une tuyère 59 étant montée en parallèle sur ladite soupape de retenue. c. Application aux installations de freinage à air comprimé de véhicules sur rails.
