Abstract

Ce dispositif est du type de ceux dans lesquels le serrage des freins est provoqué par la détente des ressorts. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend un réservoir 2, placé sur la remorque et alimenté en air comprimé par une conduite 1 venant du véhicule tracteur, une valve-relais 11 qui, lorsqu'une pression déterminée règne dans la conduite d'alimentation, relie le réservoir aux cylindres de freinage pour s'opposer à l'action des ressorts et, lors d'une chute de la pression, relie lesdits cylindres à l'atmosphère, une valve de stationnement 15, qui annule l'action de la pression dans la conduite d'alimentation pour provoquer le serrage des freins, une valve de manoeuvre 14, qui relie la valve-relais 11 au réservoir 2, lorsque la remorque est séparée du tracteur, pour desserrer les freins, et des moyens de verrouillage 54, qui empêchent d'actionner la valve de manoeuvre lorsque la valve de stationnement est en position de serrage des freins.
