Abstract

La présente invention concerne une méthode de préparation de sulfonates d'éther à partir d'alcools. Cette invention concerne plus particulièrement une méthode de préparation de sulfonates d'éther par réaction d'un bisulfite de métal alcali sur un éther de polyoxyalkylène d'un alcool allylique. L'éther lui-même est de préférence obtenu par réaction de l'alcool d'allyle approprie ou d'allyle substitué sur l'alcool polyoxyalkylènique approprié. Les sulfonates d'éther conviennent spécialement comme détergents, ou comme agents tensio-actifs dans des procédés améliorés de récupération de pétrole.
