Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'aliments pour le betail à partir de matières premières choisies parmi des plantes fourragères, des betteraves sucrières ou leur sous-produits, par diminution de leur teneur en eau, ce procédé étant caractérisé en ce que l'on malaxe les matières premières avec jusqu'à 12 % en poids d'une solution aqueuse sucrée contenant au moins 30 % en poids de matières sèches, et l'on soumet le mélange obtenu à au moins une expression. L'invention s'applique en particulier au traitement de pulpes de betteraves.
