Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'obtention d'une préparation de sérum-albumine a ministrable par voie intraveineuse. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à utiliser, comme substance de départ, des fractions de plasma sanguin humain obtenues par une ou plusieurs étapes de fractionnement à partir de sérum de sang humain, lesquelles étapes servent à enrichir et/ou isoler les différents composants protéiniques du sang, ces derniers étant sensiblement conserves sous leur forme native, et à procéder à des opérations convenables de mélange, de stabilisation, de purification, de concentration ou dilution, de façon telle que la composition finale des fractions de la substance de départ corresponde à celle du sérum sanguin, en ce qui concerne les albumines et les globulines. Application dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
