Abstract

a. Procédé de préparation de caoutchouc pulvérulent. b. Ce procédé consiste à mélanger un latex de caoutchouc anionique ou nonionique avec une solution aqueuse d'un composé macromoléculaire anionique soluble dans l'eau qui est dissocié dans l'eau pour donner une charge négative dans une proportion de 0,1 à 10 % en poids par rapport à la teneur en solide du latex de caoutchouc; à ajuster le pH du mélange à des conditions acides; à ajouter à solution aqueuse soit un polymère cationique qui est soluble dans l'eau dans les conditions acides soit un agent tensio-actif, qui provoque une coacervation avec le composé macromoléculaire anionique soluble dans l'eau dans des conditions acides, dans une proportion de 0,1 à 10 % en poids par rapport à la teneur en solide du latex de caoutchouc pour séparer les particules de caoutchouc du latex de caoutchouc sous la coacervation; et à ajouter une émulsion de résine synthétique possédant une température de transition vitreuse supérieure à 30 degrés C aux particules de caoutchouc dans une proportion de 1 à 50 % en poids (en teneur en solide), par rapport à la teneur en solide du latex de caoutchouc et à deshydrater et sécher le caoutchouc pulvérulent résultant. c. Ce caoutchouc est destiné par exemple à être extrudé en mélange avec des résines synthétiques.
