Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'acide 6-aminopénicillanique par transformation enzymatique d'une pénicilline. Des pénicillines sont déacylées en acide 6-amino-pénicillanique par recyclage rapide d'une solution aqueuse de pénicilline à travers un lit peu profond formé de particules renfermant de la pénicilline-acylase immobilisée, à 15-45 degrés C et à un pH de 6,5 à 9,0 jusqu'à ce que la transformation air atteint un taux appréciable. L'acide 6-aminopénicillanique est un composé intermédiaire dans la préparation de pénicillines synthétiques.
