Abstract

a. Appareil et procédé de contrôle électrique d'un câble à brins multiples. b. Le procédé consiste à enlever la gaine des deux extrémités du câble à brins multiples, pour en prendre les brins conducteurs, à les maintenir globalement au voisinage de leurs extrémités, de façon à ce qu'ils restent isolés, tout en les rendant globalement conducteurs à leur extrémité la plus éloignée. Puis, on pousse les extrémités réunies des brins, contre un élément mobile ayant une ou plusieurs encoches dont la dimension correspond au diamètre du brin, de façon que chaque brin coopère avec une encoche. Lorsque l'élement mobile est déplacé, un seul brin est séparé et est pris du groupe de brins au voisinage de leurs extrémités. Cependant chaque fois qu'un brin est détecté, on obtient un signal de détection de brin. Puis, on fait passer un courant entre l'extrémité proche du brin détecté et l'extrémité éloignée. c. L'invention concerne la fabrication de câbles à conducteurs multiples.
