Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé radio-immunologique et un dispositif servant à déterminer les antigènes. Ce dispositif comprend une plaque de micro-titrage 1 présentant une pluralité d'évidements destinés à recevoir des plaquettes 4, 4', 4" solidaires d'un montant de retenue 3 au moyen de pièces de retenue 5, 5', 5". L'échantillon à analyser pour sa teneur en anticorps ou en antigènes est mélangé à un anticorps repéré radioactivement puis on met au contact dudit liquide de l'échantillon un support fixe tel que 4, comportant un antigène non radioactif, puis après lavage dudit support 4, on détermine son taux de radioactivité. Ce procédé s'applique notamment aux recherches de cancers.
