Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé immunochimique de dosage, dans lequel on fait réagir une substance à doser tel qu'un antigène avec une substance insolubilisée, telle qu'un anticorps qui se lie spécifiquement à la substance à doser et sans séparer le produit de réaction du mélange, on fait réagir ce dernier avec une substance marquée qui se lie spécifiquement à la substance à doser. Ce procédé est applicable notamment au dosage d'alphafétoprotéine, d'insuline ou de gonadotropine chorionique humaine ou de substances physiologiques actives dans l'organisme humain.
